A l’occasion du 40e anniversaire de la Marche verte, le roi a gracié plusieurs détenus de la mouvance salafiste. Selon une source autorisée, Hassan El Khattab, leader de la cellule Ansar Al Mahdi, et Abderrazak Soumah, de la cellule Harakat Al Moujahidine Al Maghariba, condamnés respectivement à 30 et 20 ans de prison, auraient bénéficié de cette grâce.
